3 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 10-ounce package or 1 head of cauliflower, fresh and chopped
1 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons butter
3 slices cheese
1/3 cup milk
Place potatoes, cauliflower and salt in saucepan and cover with water.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium.
Cook for 20 minutes on medium or until potatoes are soft.
Drain and return to the pan.
Add butter and cheese.
Add milk and mix until creamy.
